And she had asked us how he had wanted it cut and I mentioned to her the cut and in the middle of it she had forgotten an area so I mentioned it and she's like "you don't need to tell me how to do my job"I've been doing this a long time. And I stated back to her "well he's a paying customer and he wants it how he wants it and you don't need to talk to your customers like that.... " I get it I'm not the one getting my haircut but at the same time my client has dementia! And there was no need for that remark need this to say we will be going to a different great clips to avoid this in the future with her never have we been talked to like that and I've taken him there plenty of times to get his haircut.
