The lady who showed me to the room began my massage - by REPEATEDLY, over and over again, rubbing her hands up and down my spine in one long stroke, neck to lower back, and then up again to my neck. This went on for at least FIFTEEN MINUTES! Just as I was about to say something, she suddenly left the room. A few minutes later, a second girl walked in and started giving me a MUCH better, professional massage. I asked her where she was from; she said “Seoul, Korea.” I told her I had been there; she asked me if it was a vacation. I said “No; I was in the US military, I was there twice for military exercises. I was in the Army.” She made a snarky, disapproving sound and said “Army, huh?” with disdain in her voice. And then she, too, left the room. A few minutes later, a THIRD girl walked in, and began giving me a really bad massage, much like the first lady. By now I was wondering what the heck was going on. I asked the third girl, and she mumbled something that was completely unintelligible. I cut the massage short, and left before my hour was up. Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with them today. Every other time I have been there, the massages and attitudes of the therapists were outstanding. I ALWAYS tipped very well. Then today happened, and I have no explanation for it. I will not be returning.
