  Sayomi has no idea how to cut any modern haircut popular with teens or people in their 20s. Terrible hair stylist.

  Yoshi gave me the best keratin treatment I've ever had!! She is super detailed and methodical in her work and takes her time to make sure every strand is accounted for. Her salon is super cute and clean. I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely go back to her :)

  I previously met Juliet walking past salon lofts. I reached out to her yesterday to inquire about her highlighting services for my hair. When I inquired about making an appointment she told me there was a $50 deposit to hold the appointment. Although that would be applied to the service, I found that request ludicrous. She told me I could stop by so she could see my hair. I stopped in at the time we arranged and she looked at my hair stating things that we’re also obscure I might add ,and although I wanted highlights only she proceeded to tell me all these other services that I would need. I felt that the young lady was trying to up charge me as if I had no experience in getting my hair done whatsoever.. She said I could come back tomorrow for a consultation to which I thought that would be a private conversation. as on this occasion she had someone in her chair. I arranged my day around going back in to have a 4 o’clock Consultation with her to see if we would proceed and how. I texted her 25 minutes before my scheduled time and earlier that morning to let her know that if she’s running behind let me know. I understand a hairdresser is hands-on but I continued to send her text messages to which I received no reply. Even though she read them . Approximately one every five minutes until I finally said I will be there at 4 o’clock. when I walked in I was surprised to see once again that someone else was in her chair when I thought we were going to have time alone at the end of her day for a private conversation. she said that we could talk in front of the second person that I did not know only a day later. I understand Juliet is very young and perhaps we have different ideas of what a consultation should be and entail. I had a gut feeling when she was requiring $50 just to hold the appointment. If I were to do that with my clients. I wouldn’t have clients, and therefore, along with the fact that she was telling me all these other services that I was not interested in nor never had any One put out there in order to have my hair highlighted before, I knew that she was up charging me and therefore I will not be doing business with her. She seems to require respect to the value of her time, however she had no respect of mine.
