- BTBrittany ToddMar 24, 20251.0Had an appointment scheduled with Cournisha yesterday at 12 pm to get my labor braids before I deliver my baby. Came on time for my appointment and she was no where to be found. Waited for about 15 minutes with no word, and the front desk wasn't sure where she was either. Decided to save myself some time and go find a stylist who respected my time enough to at least communicate if she was running late. Not even an apology call the following day. Very poor customer service.

All I asked was a simple cut across my long hair and now it's horribly uneven. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed now. Had it cut by someone who in their bio had 40 plus years experience but apparently can't cut in a straight line. I know I didn't go back for a reason. Shame on me.
