- APAlicia P.May 8, 20242.0I hate that JCPenny salon only caters to non ethic hair. I wanted a wash/conditioner and trim. Apparently, non ethic hair tends to be cut wet while my hair needs to be blow dried for an even trim due to the curls and coils. Well, you get charged more for having different hair. Also, this location has roaches. There was one on its back fighting for its life in the broad daylight by a door. I see they're trying to address the problem with pesticides, but having roaches us nasty.

It’s now 845 to girls are talking at sales counter and no ones has taken my son back and very unwilling to help. This is horrible customer service. And if it was not for this salon to be the only one open we would not be here. I can tell you we will not be back.
