  Rude behavior the lady acted as if she was doing me a favor, however she can’t cut a hair to save her life! I had to shave my head in another salon to fix the lack of ability of the lady! The lady showed no interest in the way I wanted my hair to be cut! She was very arrogant and unprofessional. I will never step in that salon again and don’t recommend!

  Horrible customer service!!!!! Went to this location because it is closer to our home. Was told #4in line. After waiting we were overlooked. Two others who came in after us and stated they did not ck in online either . My dad is 86 with dementia and was upset at that. We ended up going to Wesley Chapel location. Great experience! 😡😡. Do better

  I was registered and Ms Mojgun saw me doing that on my cell and she still asking. Then she went to the back and she called me from that far away. She put some faces. When I went to the chair she tells me, I call you, your name is Noel, I said yes. She tells me to take off my glasses, immediately she tells me “ I can’t cut your hair with the cap on, right then I started to find her arrogant, demanding, and with attitude. During the haircut process another lady who cut hair arrives, she greets and grabs the blower to blow off her clothing, and when she points the blower unintentionally at the floor , hair gets lifted that enters my lefts nostril and I exhaled while I moved my head a little bit. Then she scolded me, telling me to stop moving my head. I explained what happened and I told her it was not intentional. So, she repeated again and this time that I was moving my head for a while. (Lie) With respect I told her, “I don’t like the way you are treating me. Now, she played victim. So, she again told me to stop moving my head, which was false. Then she asked me if I wanted her to stop cutting my hair, and I told her yes, with her attitude I did not want to continue with the haircut, and she kept arguing. I told her,” you need to learn how to treat the customers. I never treated any customers in my Jewelry Store like that. There was a young lady with glasses there who apologized and the guy who ended up with the haircut called Nate. It is not the first time I have seen that lady, Mojgun in the salon with an unfriendly face to the customer. She is concerned with scaring away customers. She didn’t apologize, because that is not in her, and seemingly she is not there because she likes what she does. Even if it is picking up trash, if you have discipline and show that you do it out of passion, that leads you to do much better in your other jobs, with integrity and respect for your employer. To sad.

  Holy moly a bunch of whiners in these reviews. It’s a GREAT CLIPS. Not going to reinvent the wheel 😂 never had a bad experience here
