I appreciate the reply and I will be calling corporate to see what we can do about it. At least some free hair washes and blow dries would be nice. I cant wear my hair down until this uneven chop job grows out and I can get it fixed. One side looks great! The other side....not so much.

My wife and I both told her , just a trim and leave the length. She chose to not listen and used a trimmer to remove 2 inches off the back of my neck. Why bother asking a guy how he wants his hair cut if you are going to do whatever you feel like doing at the end of the day. Five or six months from now when it grows back, Great Clips will not be my chose of Barber shoppes . Bad customer service and poor listening skills ruins franchises. This lady was more interested in clocking out and speeding through her last client of the day.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
