  I can truly say the worst haircut I have ever had. Pam was not skilled and actually hurt my nose with her clippers. She did not listen to what I asked for and left me unbalanced side to side. Terrible waste of money and dangerous to clients. Michael

  Walked into the salon, the atmosphere was so thick. Nobody was talking to anyone. Sophea waited on me. She sat me in the chair asked what I wanted. She proceeded to cut my hair, never said a word the whole time. Got home and washed my hair. It’s all kinds of jacked up. Longer and shorter all over. Do not recommend.

  took my daughter to get a haircut, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The stylist was unprofessional, rude, impatient, and showed no interest in understanding the haircut I was requesting. I explained that I wanted a simple cut, with a slight angle in the front and straight in the back, but she insisted that “only one type of cut” was possible, which made it seem like she didn’t know how to do what I asked. Throughout the appointment, she kept complaining about having to comb the hair and saying it was tangled, even though I had already brushed it before leaving home. She appeared insecure, unhappy, and refused to look at the reference photo, saying she already knew what she was doing. Her attitude felt dismissive, as if she was only concerned about getting paid rather than providing good service. At the end, when she asked if it was okay, I simply requested that she trim a little more length—about a finger’s width. She refused, saying again that it was “only that cut,” even though I was not asking for a different style, just a minor adjustment. I left feeling very dissatisfied and uncomfortable. During the service, I felt like I was asking for a favor rather than paying for a service. Unfortunately, this was not my first bad experience at this place. Based on multiple visits, I do not recommend this salon.

  I had a very unpleasant experience with a stylist named Nagar (or similar). She was rude, unwelcoming, and showed clear annoyance throughout the appointment. She has two-color hair, so there should be no confusion about who I’m referring to. When I pointed out that the left side of my hair didn’t match the right, she reacted rudely by shaking her head instead of fixing the issue. She rushed through the haircut and finished it in less than five minutes, which felt careless and unprofessional. Her behavior made it seem like she did not want to be there. Customer service was completely lacking, and I left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.
