He has now cut my hair two times and both times where horrible, leaving me bald on one side and the worst blended short cut on a woman I've ever seen and had, he didn't listen to anything I said or the pictures I showed him before he started cutting. I was already apprehensive given my first experience with him, but against my better judgment decided to try him again. He has such an attitude and I've even noticed very poor haircuts on my children when he's cut their hair, I stopped allowing him to cut their hair a while back. There's something off about this man, he even acts like he's done you such a great service when he's actually given you the worst service with a horrible attitude to boot. I've now gotten two fix it cuts and hopefully with a third it'll be back to normal. Never, ever again.
- CMColby MikellNov 13, 20251.0DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOUR HAIR. I had the worst haircut experience of my life at this Great Clips today (November 13, 2025). If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, the stylist was rude and snarky. He made a comment about me being a few minutes late, then immediately criticized me for having product in my hair—even after I explained I had come straight from work. The attitude alone was enough to make me uncomfortable. I clearly told him not to follow the notes from previous visits and explained exactly what I wanted. He ignored all of it. When I told him my hair was way too short, he actually said, “You should be glad I didn’t follow the notes exactly or it’d be a lot shorter.” I’ve never had such a dismissive response from someone cutting my hair. The result? A harsh line and what looks like a bald spot on the side of my head. It is genuinely the worst haircut I’ve had in 24 years. There is nothing I can do to fix it except wear hats until it grows out — and of course this happened right before the holidays. This location is unprofessional, careless, and clearly not listening to customers. Save yourself the stress and do not go here.
