Disrespectful !! I waited 40 minutes as walk-in and no one ever came to check me in. I had to leave and I believe I should never go there again!!! Someone came after 40 minutes to tell me sorry we can’t take you in. I get it if you are busy but 40 minutes!!!

Walked in first time ever at this place, I forgot the lady’s name but she was really nice and sweet and did a really great job on my hair!!! Will be back in a couple months for another trim 🙂

I cannot say enough good things about Jaci at Hair Cuttery! She truly gave me my dream hair. I have very thick dark hair and have been wanting to be golden blonde for years now. I’ve been to multiple high-end salons before and somehow always walked out with several different, uneven shades in my hair — never quite what I asked for. But Jaci practically read my mind. She listened so carefully, was incredibly thoughtful with every step, and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted before touching my hair. The result was beyond anything I expected — even, beautiful, and exactly what I had been hoping for all along. On top of her amazing talent, Jaci was so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about the health of my hair. She spent hours making sure everything was perfect, and the price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of time, care, and skill she put into my hair. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work and in making her clients feel confident and happy. I finally found someone I trust completely with my hair, and I won’t be going anywhere else.
