    Do not go here. We have tried twice and not gotten good cuts. Today my son left sobbing - he was cut WAY shorter, basically buzzed, than we asked for. She confirmed that we wanted the same cut we got last time - which was the correct lengths - but instead she gave him a 2 in back and 8 on top. We should have gotten a 10 on top and 8 in back. The stylist blamed it on the notes being wrong in the system. She said the system read “1 on top 8 in back which couldn’t have been correct” ok but it’s not that hard to figure out that it should have been 10 on top instead of 1 and the 8 is correct. Instead she did whatever she thought and now my child won’t take his hat off because he’s embarrassed. The haircut before this, they completely shaved off a whole inch above his one ear and got the other side the right length. And left it that way, didn’t say anything to me about screwing up. My mistake for going back after the first bad experience, but hoping to warn others off this place.

    The past few times I’ve gone to get a haircut the online wait time will say 10-15 minutes, so I’ll check in and drive up there (I live ten minutes away) and when I walk in, the estimated wait time is 30+ minutes. Seems like a shady practice to get people in the shop.
