We’ve had some very good experiences here in the past, which is why this most recent visit was so disappointing.
Both of our children’s haircuts were done so poorly they had to be fixed at home. What was requested was not delivered, and the results were a bowl cut for my infant girl and about 200 missed hairs on my son’s buzz cut. We asked for a swosh on her bangs.
For management’s awareness, the stylist for this visit was Emily. After reading other recent reviews, several negative experiences appear to reference the same stylist, which suggests a training or quality-control issue rather than an isolated mistake.
We were told last night in response to my wife’s review, refunds aren’t offered, but at this point it isn’t about a refund—it’s about consistency and accountability. This business can be great, but inconsistent execution, especially with kids, undermines trust.
We won’t be returning until it’s fixed. Management should review this pattern and focus on quality control to prevent repeat issues for other families.

I came here for my daughter’s first haircut and it was so bad that I came home and cried. She also cut my son’s hair and I didn’t know you could mess up a buzz cut but she found a way. I had to come home and cut all the ridiculously long hairs she left. Complete waste of $30. Will not be back

So for the honest review, I’m a little bit disappointed because I made an appointment for some highlights. I looked at the prices prior to going, and I spoke with somebody from the company once I got there the lady which by the way she was very, very nice, but she say that we’re not even gonna have time to do a highlights today and I’m wondering why was I made an appointment for highlights if we can’t even do it…. That was the first error right there I drove from pretty far and in a rush to make it to the job so it was very disappointed to be told that . Also, she was looking at my hair like she doesn’t know if she’s gonna be able to do my highlight because my hair is black etc.. I told you they don’t have to be white just some light highlights normal… she was saying oh because you have work underneath it, etc. but that is to be expected. That’s how the Hair world works. People get jobs done throughout their life. It shouldn’t be a big deal . So now Listen the hair game it’s not easy. It is definitely something that you have to study and you gotta know about. But if you’re gonna be in the industry you gotta learn. Some stylist specialize in colors some specialize in bleach. Those are different areas of hair that stylist can perfect. I specifically asked Hair Cuttery who is specialized in bleach there. But this lady was acting scared of my hair like she doesn’t know how she’s gonna handle it..
I need somebody confident who knows how to work with bleach no matter who you are. There’s a lot of them on social media right now that are doing beautiful things color, transformations black and white hair. Some people do black white and red like there’s so many beautiful things in the hair industry going on right now. I feel like you guys just need to get your game up a little bit or maybe I’m just going to the wrong place. Your store is beautiful and tidy and the woman there are very beautiful and nice but as far as the hair game goes yeah no.. on top of that highlights on their website it says 120 for full heads foils and it jumped up to almost $300. I calmly told her listen. It’s OK to jump the price but almost $200 jump seems a little bit extreme. A customer comes in expecting to pay something and for you to put it up that much. It just seems nonprofessional and a little bit shady on the companies part. I would’ve been more mad for making me waste my time and tricking me into that but she did do a free sample and took her time doing it so I felt bad and it seemed like she actually cared and stuff you know the lady was very, very nice both of the ladies there but yeah, just like the car industry and the nail industry. Everything is getting like really greedy and messed up. But $300 I can pay for my round-trip ticket to Colombia and get my hair done fully with keratin and everything for like 70 bucks. lol
& that’s at one of their good places
I came in as a walk-in this morning with 3C curls at the ends of my line because my haircut was 8 months overdue and curly cuts are outrageously priced. For an incredible price, Cece cut my hair perfectly in less than 20 minutes. I don't know what magic is in her hands, but my hair looks absolutely incredible. And for the price, going back every 3-4 months actually makes sense. Bonus, the salon was clean and friendly.

Leilani cut my hair and she did an amazing job. I gave her full range on highlights and cut and she exceeding my expectations. She was very sweet and professional. Krista cut my 2 boys hair and she listened to what they wanted. She was very sweet and professional and made them comfortable. I recommend these 2 ladies to anyone who needs a cut.
