- BGbryce gayMar 24, 20261.0I called at 6:20pm to ask if they are still open and if I could come in for a basic hair cut. I let the lady on the phone know I was about 5 minutes away. The response I received was “we’re open until 7:00pm” in a notably dismissive and rude tone. I then asked again if it was ok to come in today or if tomorrow would work better, when I then received the exact same unmotivated and dismissive response. At that point I hung up the phone. It’s extremely easy to be just slightly hospitable over the phone, I understand we all have bad days but I’m just simply trying to gather info on availability. Unfortunately due to lack of hospitality and seemingly unwillingness to assist potential customers I will not be going to this location. Shame.

He may be new, but he has been cutting hair for years, knows what he is doing and is very passionate about it. Check him out before he becomes famous, opens his own salon and starts charging $100 per haircut.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
