The entire time she was super lovely and talkative. Ill be honest im usually not a talker. im content with just sitting there, in silence, but shes amazing with making you feel comfortable enough to talk and share. Which is crazy cause like I said I just dont really enjoy talking to other people. I specifically said just a trim no more than an inch taken off I like the U/V shape in the back and to freshen up my layers and bangs. (Which should be a very simple request i feel like im very direct to be honest) but nobody has been able to make my hair look exactly the same but take off all the dead bits without chopping off my hair. I also have to say I did notice her technique she took a longer amount of time than it usually takes to cut my hair which I appreciated (because its thicker) and I also noticed every single time she pulled my hair up to cut the layer the lines were so straight I finally realized how it should be cut. She did it effortlessly as well. Thank you Anna so much I will definitely be back with you again.
