  Went in this morning for a quick and simple hair cut. I saw online that they were advertising regular cuts for $25 and they opened at 8am. I got to the store at 8:15am and was the only one there. The only lady working asked if I had an appointment when I walked in and I responded, “No, do I need one?” She said she could go ahead and get me taken care of and directed me to her chair. I told her what I wanted done and she cut my hair in less than 10 minutes. I walked to the counter to check out and she advised me that my bill was $40 for the haircut. I was shocked and asked why it said online that it was $25. She said that was for a regular stylist to cut hair, and because she was an advanced stylist and manager that she charged more. Still puzzled, I went ahead and paid her the $40 cash and asked for a receipt. She stated that the printer was not working, so she couldn’t give me one. I then stated I needed some sort of proof that I paid $40 for a $25 advertised haircut and she responded I don’t know what to tell you, have a nice day. I walked out to my truck and noticed that the sides of my head above my ears and the back of my neck still had very long hair, and the top of my head was uneven. When I went back in to ask her to fix it, she said she didn’t have time to fuss with me because she had appointments coming in. She then made a comment about this is what I get for helping you out by squeezing you in. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store at this point. So I said for $40 you didn’t do me any favors. I asked for her name and she responded with “yo momma, get out!”. So I left, and I can promise you I will NEVER be back here again!

  I see Anna! She is always professional and kind while doing my hair. Her experience is extensive. She gives me the best haircut I have ever gotten. Love her! 💖

  Jessica as always as amazing. We did a cut and full highlights and it came out beautiful. She is so thorough and takes her time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  I have never been so disappointed in a service. I should have known better when I walked in and the girl slouching behind the register had a look on her face that clearly screamed she didn’t want to be there. Then the tone of her voice and her body language told me she didn’t want to be bothered but I went ahead with a haircut . Big mistake!! She did not even thoroughly wet my hair before applying as little as possible shampoo and not even working it into a lather before attempting to rinse it out while she sprayed water all over my face. Then did the same with conditioner. I told her exactly what kind of cut I wanted, which wasn’t hard. It was just an angled bob with a little layering in the back. I even told her that not much had to come off the ends. Well, after she butchered the back of my hair and left the front of it so uneven that it was pretty much unfixable at that point she attempted to put so much product in my hair and tried to blow dry it flat to my head. I told Her that I would just fix it at home. So I am now on my way home to rewash my hair and see what I can do with this mess $46 less in my pocket. So lesson to be learned here if your gut says run away, you should run away.

  My stylist Angie has never steered me wrong. Through having long full luxurious dark hair to chemotherapy and losing my hair and growing it back gray then figuring out what look was best after that she has always done a spectacular job. I've been to the best salons while working in Manhattan and she tops them all. She never ceases to impress me with her talents. Hats off to her!.
