Wanted a wolf/shag and she kept saying bob/ pixie and boy I got a bob pixie? Like lord farquad or wearing a helmet rather than a shaggy wolf. It was hella uneven when I came in but it was leaning words mullet ext. but this shape is just the complete opposite of what I was asking for. On the plus side she did clean my bangs up really well so at least I can wear my hair back for a few a few weeks. My sister also came in and got a pixie & felt what she was asking for just wasn’t given she showed a photo I did not show a photo. All and all we regret just not cutting it ourselves. The service was quick and stayed well out the door but it did t take long to notice the complete roundness my hair had taken on. Tried to update with photos wouldn’t let me.
