- SWShelby WApr 2, 20245.0I don’t write many reviews for places as I just don’t have time. I’m so honestly blown away by how kind the people are in this shop. I just moved here from out of town and I’m a new mom of twin baby boys. The ladies in the store were so helpful and sweet. Held the door for me so I didn’t have to struggle with the stroller and the door. As a mom I never expect people to assist me or do kind things just because I have babies, but, when someone does something kind, I really notice because it’s not common these days.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
