  So I booked an appointment online for 2:15 p.m. the following day. The service I wanted was a trim and blow out for my daughter ( she has short hair not much to cut) which online says it's $47. For and adult wash cut & blow out. She is a kid but I did pay for an adult cut.Then I also booked for her to get her eyebrows waxed at $14. We got there at 2:05 checked in and I went over the price with the lady at the register. Are hairdresser didn't even bother to take my daughter back till almost 3pm. When I made the appointment I put first available I did not pick a specific stylist and two Silas were sitting in their chairs doing nothing why we waited. Then every time the stylist would have to talk to somebody she would stop working on my daughter's hair. She kept taking personal phone calls while she was also working on my daughter's hair & doing laundry. After sitting there for 2 and 1/2 hours for just a cut and blow out she takes me to the register and tells me it will be 97 dollars.. because she took it upon herself to do a special style for my daughter but not communicate it with me or ask. when I communicated very well with everybody in the store. She did not shampoo my daughter's hair as I previously colored her hair the day before it could not be washed. 2 & 1/2 hours to trim & blow dry a little girls hair is all I asked for. She did do a great job on my daughter's hair but don't take it upon yourself to charge me extra money and not verify it with me The store did honor the original price but I will not be going back. The fact that I spent two and a half hours there and she spent more time chit chatting than just getting us in and out and the fact that two stylus set there for an hour while we waited for one lady when I asked for 1st available. I will find a supper cuts next time.

  I absolutely hands down 100% would recommend Patricia..I took my high functioning Autistic 16 year old year old buddy (female).. She had long curly (dreaded) hair due to her unable to take care of it herself!! I don’t need to say more.. look at pics!! Thank you !!!!! :0) thank you for making her feel like a princess

  The BEST!!! Walked in with my daughter’s hair in mats from another girl getting a barrel brush caught in it and I couldn’t get it straight. So thankful.

  I am very unhappy. I have long straight hair and asked for 3 inches to be trimmed off the end. The stylist had me stand up, and took clippers to trim my hair in a straight line. It frayed the tips and doesn’t lay well very blunt and uneven. While she was doing this, I said I’ve never had anybody use clippers to trim my long straight hair. so I looked up what using Clippers on my type of hair does, and this is the information I found, which is exactly what I experienced. Short answer: Using clippers on long, straight female hair to cut off 3 inches is usually NOT ideal — it can make the ends more blunt and slightly more prone to fraying compared to scissors. What Clippers Do to Long Hair Clippers: • Designed for short hair and bulk removal • Cut hair very bluntly • Can push hair slightly before cutting, which may rough up the cuticle a bit • Ends may feel stiffer and less natural • Fine for a one-time big chop, not ideal for regular trims Hair cutting scissors: • Much cleaner cut • Less cuticle damage • Ends look softer and more natural • Better for preventing split ends Bottom line now I’ll have to have somebody trim my frayed ends off☹️

  PSL Prima Vista crossings plaza location: Absolutely love this place and the women working there are not only the best at what they do, they are friendly and our conversations are always great too! I have personally met Katherine, Pat, & Danielle, whom are all great….but I’m sure the whole crew are too! I go there often to have my hair curled😉 or an updo. I own a business across the street from this location and it’s convenient for me go across the street and pamper myself. Definitely recommend and refer others to this location!
