My experience with Priscilla was exceptional. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered thoughtful recommendations, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. My color looks vibrant, natural, and beautifully blended. I highly recommend their services.

It was my first time at Hair Cuttery. I was nervous since Im new to the area and was spoiled by my hairdresser of many years up north. I booked an appointment with Kylie for a cut and blow dry. Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist. The salon is bright and clean and well stocked with products to buy. There was very little wait time. Kylie really listened to what I wanted as well as adding some suggestions of her own. She took the time to cut, layer, thin out and blow dry my very thick hair. The products she used, I believe its HC own brand Cibu, made my hair soft, shiny, frizz free and smells amazing. My hair came out great!! Needless to say I am so happy and already booked my next appointment for a cut and face frame highlights. The prices are so reasonable too. I highly recommend Kylie at the St Lucie West location. You won’t be disappointed.

I came back after a previous visit left me feeling really disappointed and unsure about my hair, and I can honestly say Kathy completely changed that for me.
From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt seen, heard, and taken care of. She took her time to understand exactly what went wrong and what I was hoping to achieve, and she approached everything with such confidence and care. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work and in making sure her clients leave feeling their absolute best.
What meant the most to me was not just that she fixed my hair, but how she made me feel in the process. She was patient, reassuring, and incredibly detail-oriented. By the time she was finished, I felt like myself again—confident, refreshed, and genuinely happy with the result.
Kathy turned a stressful situation into such a positive experience, and that speaks volumes about who she is as both a stylist and a leader. I’m so grateful for the time and care she put into making this right. Thank you, Kathy—you truly made a difference for me.

This was a difficult review for me to share as I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I had a horrible experience and would want to spare others of the same experience. I had decided to get a simple hair trim the day I went in so I went online and made an appointment. I arrived on time but the stylist I had the appointment with was not available so somebody else took me. The salon looked messy and some of the stylists were dressed surprisingly inappropriately. The stylists were having what looked like a baby shower for an employee so it smelled like food, not in a good way. After getting hair washed, I explained to the stylist that I want to trim my hair as I myself had cut it a month prior and needed to even it out. I also said I had short layers but didnt want any length taken off of them. The stylist did the exact opposite of what I asked for. I went from having a cute Bob to having a mullet. I was mortified when I got home and started styling my hair. This woman had cut literal chunks out of my hair. It was completely uneven and asymmetrical. I cried. It was bad. After a day I grabbed some scissors and evened it out myself. Thank God my hair grows fast. I will never step foot into another Hair Cuttery. They are the Walmarts of hair salons and you get what you pay for. NEVER AGAIN!

Went to get my daughter’s hair cut. Showed pics of what we wanted first girl didn’t know so she suggested someone else. Said she could do it. Explained didn’t want it too short. Kept showing the pic. She asks can I blow dry and style for her I said yes she does all this and my daughter says the sides are too long can you make a little shorter. She started cutting again and I repeated not too short. Showed pics again. She was standing so I couldn’t keep eyes on whole time had my daughter turned so she couldn’t see whole time. By the time I got up and walked over I had to firmly tell her no more it’s too short. She now try’s to style it and another stylist came over to try and help. She kept saying to my daughter if you don’t like it we. A fix it it’s your hair we want to make you happy. But now she is devastated and her hair is TOO SHORT to do anything. Steer clear of this place. My daughter has been in tears since we got back in the vehicle. Worst experience. Just hope in a couple of weeks her hair will start to grow out some.BUT STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They will butcher your hair😭😡 Go somewhere else maybe even another Hair Cuttery location just avoid this one! There is not enough NEGATIVE STARS THAT COULD BE GIVEN FOR THIS !
