I called ahead before making the appointment to ask if any of the stylists were experienced with autistic children. I was told yes that every stylist was very experienced. That was not the case. When we got there I again asked if she had experience with autistic children. She said she had cut autistic children's hair before and that kids love her. That was obviously not true. She insisted on us8ng the buzzer for the majority of my sins hair despite me saying several times that he was afraid of the noise. We she did finally switch to scissors she became impatient and irritated. She also seemed more concerned about possibly cutting herself on accident than my 4 year old.
