My last visit with Mia was better than going to some expensive salon, she gave me the best cut that brought my hair back to life!

Please don't do this work for kids. If you have a rush to go home then stay home don't work. If you don't know how to do customer service then go back to school.

I mentioned app won’t let me in if she says well have a seat. 2nd lady a brunette gets nasty. That’s cause we don’t have time for you. We’re closing in 15 minutes. 1st responds well 45-50 min I mentioned the app has been finicky for the last two hours and the brunette response we’ve been like that all day we don’t have time for you— talk about a horrible attitude whether you’re busy or not you still can remain polite instead of being nasty and rude for 4 customers waiting 3 hairdressers- of a mind to never go back to them again after 15 years of good service St Lucie West Great Clips to the rescue Got there at 6:25 and they cut my hair

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
