I paid for a balayage and then she wants to message me and tell me how I'm wrong and then when I want to call in speak to the manager she wants to message me about calling in , she keeps saying of what she needs to do to fix it it takes time but these pictures will prove this is even nowhere near close to a balayage . Why would you let the same person touch your hair or wanna go back when they person want to message you and even say oh , you called in , ok . Like it unprofessional to me , for me to pay over $200 and walk out of a salon looking like this .. tell me if I'm wrong ?! Also when I went to them my hair was gold completely so she added the dark hair and didn't even get the blonde to lose the gold in it and I had a solid long piece of brown hair mixs into my hair there was more then one problem with how I walked out with the way I went in vs leaving

The doors were locked and they said that they were closed and everybody was just hanging out on chairs and they said everything was put away and everything is already cleaned up that they were not taking anymore customers Which was 100% wrong. They closed the doors before the initial closing time went back today after today, I don’t think we will be going back again, but my son needed a haircut and that was the only place that opened up at 8 o’clock in the morning before school that was very rude
