Prom hair paid $110 plus a tip and within five minutes of getting home her hair was already falling out.! We only live 10 minutes from the salon, incredibly upset after paying that much!

Tracy is the ideal stylist. Most can relate to a stylist that listens to how You want Your haircut, then does whatever they please. Tracy focuses, executes, flawlessly.
Tracy gives You her undivided attention. She's witty, smart, full of life experiences. She makes You feel like You're the only one in the room. Not an easy feat in a busy salon.
i have to maintain my hairstyle with some particularity as i'm in front of the camera at least four days per week, and it needs to be clean.
Tracy does just that. So much so that i never allow her to pull the mirror out after the cut. Her work is always perfect.
She's always prompt. i've never waited beyond the appointment time. i'm in the seat, shampoo, snip, clip, buzzz, some fun, jovial banter, pay, tip, done!

The salon is convenient, parking is plentiful, the interior is well decorated, high ceilings, spotless.
It has a convenient check in kiosk that doesn't care for me. i'm convinced it's a user error.
This salon is "user friendly", which may first appear as a peculiar feature until someone living in Tradition tries to make an appointment for a men's haircut without hassle.
You receive timely reminders by text or phonecall. Most appreciated.

First time at Vivid Salon & Spa and Ellie was amazing. She truly cares about your hair- the health and outcome of it. So thankful I was able to have the opportunity to sit in her chair! Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Its hard to start over with a new stylist, but Tracy made it easy. She matched my color exactly with one look. Communication is key and she really listened and understood exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this salon, class act, great client experience from the moment you walk in.

I started seeing my stylist at Vivid Salon in March of 2025. I had a total of 6 visits that year. After a brief break due to a family emergency, I scheduled an appointment online for highlights, choosing a later time since I work night shifts.
From the start, the interaction was unprofessional. My stylist questioned me with a noticeably dismissive tone, whether I only come in twice a year, despite my consistent visits and previous services. As a returning client who trusted her to correct a color mistake she had made and a client who followed up as recommended, this was both inaccurate and inappropriate.
The most unacceptable part of the visit was at the end. I was told they were closing and that my hair would not be blow-dried. My hair is very fine and takes only a couple of minutes to dry, yet no effort was made, not even a basic combing. I was left to pay and leave with wet, unstyled hair.
To then be asked to call next time to schedule and asked to pre-book my next appointment was frankly unbelievable given the experience.
This was not a matter of preference-it was a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer care. I will not be returning.
