  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at the wellness center! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, professional, and welcoming. Alyssa was absolutely wonderful she was so sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I had a great experience from start to finish. The level of care and customer service was top tier. I left feeling so satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this wellness center, and definitely ask for Alyssa! ✨

  I had my first tattoo removal session today with Alyssa and I cannot express how much I appreciate her. She was diligent throughout the whole process and made sure that I was comfortable during the entire session. Her professionalism towards patient care was fantastic! I am looking forward to returning to her to continue the process of my tattoo being removed!

  I was referred here by a friend who has been going to see Brooke & Shana for a few months now, I was so excited to book an appt with each of them. Shana is spoken very highly of. I called and spoke to an absolute monster of a receptionist. She made me feel like I was bothering her, asking questions and in return got rude responses. I ended up not even booking. As someone who owns and runs a business, this first impression ruined it for me. Whoever is sitting behind that desk needs a 101 lesson in customer service. ESPECIALLY in the beauty industry. I can't imagine what it's like for in-person patients upon walking in.

  Went to Shana for peptide shots recommended by my PT for a tear in a tendon. What a difference it has made, specifically by lessening the pain I’ve had for months while also helping in the healing process. While there I’ve also taken advantage of other services that are helping me get healthier. Shana is so friendly and motivating and I absolutely recommend her whether you need help with healing, energy, weight loss and more… she can guide you. I absolutely recommend her services. 😊

  If you’re thinking about doing a virtual consult for peptides here, do yourself a favor and get an itemized invoice before you even think about touching your credit card. Review it thoroughly. They’ll quote you one price over the phone, but once the package delivered, the vial volume (mL) tells a completely different story. In this market, the price per mL is the metric that matters. But the real cherry on top? The staff apparently thinks they’ve earned a performance bonus on your dime. They have no qualms about charging tips to your card without so much as a "may I?" I didn't realize buying a product over the phone entitled a gratuity. It’s not "service"—it’s normalized looting. Consider your pockets officially warned.
