I arrived at the salon and there was two stylists finishing up and one customer waiting. I got there at 6:35 for a simple haircut but was told that they were done taking customers for the day. I said, but you're open until seven and they said, no, we're done taking customers for the day, so I left without a haircut. Now I get everybody wants to go home after a hard day, But if you're open, you're open, you don't manipulate your hours and your times to the benefit of just the employee, you also are in business to service customers. They need to also understand and respect the fact that there are sometimes when people can only get to a salon or actually able to find time to get there and not send them away. So from now on, i'm going to go to a different great clips. I've always had great experiences with the one that's on Port Saint Lucie Boulevard just saying.

If I can name every person I could but sadly I don’t remember all there names there prices are reasonable there services are on point wait times are short or majority of the time there’s no wait at all this is a place that has class and knows there business and respects their business I should of made a good review sooner but for those who read take it from me Relax your at great clips

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
