Rozann made my eyebrows look completely different shapes and even said they were “beautiful” as I walked out of your store looking like a freak. She knew it was for an interview and I take back every positive word I said about her. You have lost me as a customer for good. Here's an update since then I've been going to sugaring NYC in Daytona Beach and they take much better care of me! And they give me exactly what I want without looking like a monster and without getting all in their feelings Rozann.
