Showed her the text messages but she was not worried at all reassured us she would try get us as soon as possible and she did not even 20 minutes later. Then she was my husband's stylist. My husband is very picky about his hair at ripe age of 62. . He picked out a haircut he seen on line. We showed her the picture and she said no problem. First let me tell you it had been over a year since either of us had cuts because I have been in and out of the hospital a lot this year. This young girl nailed it! Above and beyond is all I can say. I am not going to lie I was in fear as his hair was a mess and she completely nailed what he was hoping for. This young lady also told a little old lady before us that had forgot to add her tip on her credit card. Not to worry but the little old lady insisted because she to was super proud of the service and cut she had just received from our stylist. You by far have a top notch employee and I pray you treat her right so she stays there and we have a long time stylist. Please tell her my husband was and I only gave her 20 percent tip so I am going.to make special trip back to tip her like she really deserves. We have found a new stylist and could not be more pleased
