- CPCheri PiersonAug 20, 20251.0Sabrina destroyed my hair and scalp over 6 appointments. She did everything wrong! I lost about 50% of my hair and I have bald areas that are chemically damaged - red and pink splotches everywhere! My hair must have come out in the shampoo bowl. She wouldn’t let me look and kept commanding me to her chair as she ran to the back probably to get towels to clean up the hair in the bowl. My hair was thinning over time and I had no idea that it was because of her processes. I looked it up online when I realized that a lot more hair was missing than I thought, and her adding shampoo to the color and bleach highlights before rinsing caused a lot of damage! Also, when she did a gloss treatment on my hair, she did not apply it throughout my hair. That would have taken at least 20-30 minutes. She put it on just a couple of areas and then placed me under the hair dryer for 20 minutes - further drying out my hair. I had “too much hair” according to her. She was complaining that I needed 2 bowls of color to cover my roots. She was just lazy by adding the shampoo. I asked for dark brown hair with a few money piece chunky Highlights. I ended up with no highlights at after one shampoo my hair came up red. I kept telling her by lightning my hair it’s going to come up red and she has to just put a few pieces in. She wanted my hair lighter. I did not. I wanted dark brown hair with highlights and she didn’t like the dark brown hair. It’s my hair! I Have already spent over $4,700 To try to get my hair to grow back. I am now a member of the Hair Club that cost $3000 and I also went to my doctor and received injections to get my hair to grow again. That cost $1,700. I also ordered Biotin injections to do at home - $350. This was about a month before I realized that it was her that was destroying my hair. I had no idea why it was getting so dry and why it only took a few rollers to roll my hair when it used to take two sets of rollers to set my hair. My hair was growing, and I had a lot of new hair growth before she destroyed my hair because of the supplements I’ve been taking. My hair was long and beautiful before she started doing my hair. I had to go see a doctor and get on a z-pak to stop the infection. I also have to wear a bonnet 24/7 with conditioning treatments daily. My hair is gray and the new growth will not accept color conditioner (no volume - no chemicals) because it is so thin and damaged! This is unbelievable! Now I have to wait 4 months to find out if my hair will grow back again. I will add some videos and pics online because I cannot add them here. I do not have google supported pics.
