  CAUTION ⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️ I strongly suggest you DO NOT COME TO JCPENNYS SALON to get your hair done. I came in hoping to get a color change and a press and I walked out (5 hours later) looking like I was electrocuted. My hair was UNEVENLY COLORED and unbelievably it took 5 hours to turn me into a monster. TO ADD ICING TO THE CAKE, I informed them of the problem before I left and the receptionist GINGER who took me as a complete joke. I called several times and she gave me the run around. The beautician Rosaline texted me trying to avoid me complaining but offered nothing to make up for the hell I went through. The manager Susan, NEVER CONTACTED ME. After day 12 of waiting for the manager, I tried her boss Judith, which was a complete WASTE OF MY TIME. I decided it was best to come in person. I spoke to Allan, who immediately listened to my concern and apologized immediately for what I experienced. HE DESERVES MANAGER OF THE YEAR (Susan and Judith needs to take a ‘How to handle customers’ class with Allan). My money matters to them but clearly how I feel doesn’t. Thank you Allan for listening to my concern and doing something about it.

  Ashley C. Is the best!! She is so sweet and very skilled at hairstyling. This is my second time going to her and she always makes me feel so comfortable! She really takes the time to give me the exact hairstyle that I want! She also gives the best scalp massages during the hair wash! I highly recommend her to everyone!

  Mimo is the ABSOLUTE best! My mom has thinning hair and I finally convinced her to go short. We came in as a walk in and he took us immediately. He took his time and had the best energy throughout the process. He made her feel comfortable, confident and her beauty radiated when he was done. 10/10 recommend
