First off the testers are ridiculously dirty and all messy, you get scared to even touch it because someone dug there fingers in it. I went to use a tester in the Sephora skin care and the samples were not even opened. The makeup was dirty or empty, with no tester. Secondly I didn’t even get greeted, the girl stayed at the register and said absolutely nothing it made me feel so weird but they wanna watch me like as if I’m going to steal! Do better, just a year ago I came here and it was so nice and neat and clean. Now whoever runs it needs to get fired or someone needs to teach the store manager about cleaning. Thirdly no one in kohls greets you, they just stair at you. Go to a real store only use this store as your last resort. It absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been in so many sephoras around the world and never came close to one as dirty and unorganized. This place is the worst
