- JBJuliana BautistaApr 3, 20261.0I dont recommend this place because I told the lady to cut just the ends of my hair and I show her the length that I wanted and she ended up cutting more then what I showed her and my hair was super long it was all the way to my butt and she cut it all the way to shoulders and then charge me 60 dollars for the haircut I didnt not want

Painting the windows for Valentine's Day and when approached and asked if they were cutting hair their response was "I'm off the clock" in a rather nasty tone. As if? "How dare you ask me, a person wearing an apron, name tag etc. to do the job for which I am paid." So apparently the next time you hear somebody who works in the hair cutting industry complain about not making enough money. Just remember you could have gone in and could have done a haircut. You could have got a $10 tip but instead she wanted to paint parts on a window. Long time customer. Will not be back. I needed a hair cut, not attitude. When did customer service die? I went to Fantastic Sams, great experience. Heavy tip.
- FCFinny CricketJan 15, 20265.0I gotta say. I got my haircut done by Faith in Mid-December and the fact that I can still recall her name over a month later should speak volumes. I'd even go to a new salon if she ever changed locations. She has energy, talent and did an absolutely killer job on my cut and I walked out confident in it. I take my appearance very seriously as my jobs (and myself) demands. She made sure I got what I wanted perfectly where others have so often failed to do so; Resulting in many updos for weeks. I will certainly be back once I'm due for a trim and I will 100% be a client to her only.

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.
Can I use Online Check-In for all types of services?
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
Do Great Clips salons sell haircare products?
