I told I wanted the back curved not rounded and I did a motion with my hand saying that. And what happened for a second time with these people they ignored what I wanted and did it rounded. They need to start listening to customers more often. I deal with customers daily and I don’t treat them that way this is my last time going to Great Clips…..

The lady who gave it to me said I had up to a month to use it, so I never checked the back of the card. I go in 3 weeks later and found out the card wasn't good for a month as I was told. It was good for 20 days. I would hope the next time, employees will give out the correct information.

I've had quite a few bad experiences with this great clips over the years and the only reason I comeback is because its cheaper than other competitors. I've been going here for the last 5 years and have had some bizarre experiences here. She is the only reason this place gets a 5 star otherwise it be 2 on a good day.

I asked her to make it shorter to make it a comb over as she left it too long, she cut it so short the haircut is no longer a comb over. I asked for beard trim and she seemed annoyed, the job she did was absolutely trash. She saw an issue on the left side and didn’t address until I asked her. I told her more than 7 times, yes I counter, 7 times and yet she still kept asking me how I want my hair. I even asked her if she wants me to leave the photo on the desk for her and she said she’s good. I don’t understand how difficult it is to give a customer the type of haircut they are requesting. I had to tell her over and over yet my haircut ended up horrific. Will not be returning and very very dissatisfied. The other lady said just give him what he wants he doesn’t trust us, it’s not about a matter of trust, I asked for a service, at least make an effort to get close to the image.
