Working with Thai regularly has changed my overall function for the better. I’m able to move in ways. I have not in many years. Overall pain has decreased flexibility has increased, along with strength and endurance. I’m sleeping better and functioning better overall. I highly recommend and I am looking forward to participating in her training services and spa features once the addition is complete.
