    I'm always lucky with the consultants here. I come in with one request, and they give me better recommendations than I ask for! I'd like the counters to be more organized and clean) This is what Sephora always need.

    Cortine was so lovely and professional. Helped get me matched for multiple products and fully assisted me with trying out multiple perfumes. She went above and beyond for me and my friend to ensure our satisfaction. We will be coming back to have her assist us again. Thank YOU!

    (Updated) Wanted to grab a Glow Recipe Fruit Babies collection for my friends birthday… a simple grab and check out, I knew exactly where to go and it was supposed to be a smooth in and out experience. Instead of that, once I got to the counter, the cashier was incredibly rude and confusing. I asked how much the product was since it wasn’t labeled and she told me then instructed me to set down the products I was holding and enter my phone number. I wanted to be in and out and just get on with my day so I hit the cancel button and said “oh! no thank you!” In a cheerful manner as to be firm but kind. She then told me to set down the merchandise again (I hadn’t yet because of the screen prompt) and again the number prompt came up and she said no you have to enter your number. I told her I didn’t want to and she said in an accusatory tone “you don’t have a Sephora membership?? So just enter your number and we can make one right now.” She was very demanding. I said I didn’t want to make one and she quickly grabbed the products I had finally set down and started scanning them while saying in a belittling tone, “well in that case all sales are final and you canNOT return these… (and more of the like after 30 days thing they legally have to say)” I again in a kind tone was like “oh! Okay! Thank you for letting me know!” She then finished the checkout process very quickly and roughly and I paid and left. 0/10 experience. I am not a regular shopper at Sephora and the way she talked to me was unnecessary. I will not be going back. UPDATE! The assistant store manager reached out immediately to discuss the situation and handled it perfectly! We didn’t end up talking in person or over the phone but we didn’t end emailing back and forth and I am very satisfied with how she handled everything. She was super responsive and respectful. She even offered to send me a Sephora care package, and it is so perfect. I have fully done a 180 about Sephora, and will in fact be returning to them for my business! Thank you MK for helping me!!

    My two teenage daughters and I were recently in the Pensacola, Florida area and visited the Sephora store in the Cordova Mall. Every team member we interacted with was kind, patient, and professional. Julia helped us right away and stayed with us as we looked at several products, offering great recommendations and honest feedback. Eryn made our day by giving us samples of products we’ve been wanting to try but weren’t quite ready to purchase. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way. At checkout, Jasmine was just as wonderful — she helped my daughter with her birthday gift and walked her through redeeming her Beauty Insider points with a smile. Everyone in the store greeted us warmly. You could feel that the staff cared about creating a positive experience for customers. It felt personal, not transactional, and that made all the difference. We left feeling excited, appreciated, and already talking about when we’ll be back. We’ve never had such a positive experience at any Sephora location before — this team is truly the A-Team. Pensacola Sephora has set the bar!💄🤗
