Destiny was fantastic and helped me find my perfect shade. The foundation was beautiful. She was able to make me a sample before I was able to purchase the product. She continued to help me throughout the store with my other questions. Destiny provided excellent customer service and was knowledgeable on product. I will definitely look for her every time I shop at this location!
- AAautumnDec 28, 20253.0service is typically great; however, today i had a very rude encounter with an employee. my dad was with me & he kindly asked about sephora only accepting exact change, the employee sucked her teeth at him and raised her voice as she began to talk to him as if he was a child. as she made hand motions, he walked away. she continued to roll her eyes and make faces at him across the store. although typically the service is great & everyone is lovely, today was an exception.

He removed a posted 20% off Sol de Janeiro sign and refused to honor it when asked. The following day, when I asked about gift sets, he snapped “what you see is what we have” and offered no assistance. When I tried to calmly raise my concerns, he walked away and refused to engage. Unprofessional behavior from a manager and not the level of service I expect from Sephora.

She was so very patient and kind, answering all of my questions, giving me advice on product and actually making a notation on my profile so that when I am ready to purchase, we can see what I was very much interested in.
