    I've been a hairstylist for 35 years in Gulf Breeze, have used Salon Centric for year's. I went today to buy shades, they told me I didn't have an account. I told them a few months ago I was in there, and they talked me into getting a credit card. Would not sell me my products because I didn't have an account? Even showed them my license #, makes No sense!

    Sarah is always so kind when i visit, i've watched her interact with multiple customers and no matter the interaction or response from customers, her kindness is consistent! i remember her every time i go in because she truly stands out :)

    I put in a pick up order on 9/6. Today is the 6th day and I came to pick it up. All the way from Navarre. I received no cancellations or information informing me of this. If I lived in Pensacola, that would be one thing, but the fact that the system didn’t even tell us that it was canceled was completely inappropriate. If I didn’t pick it up today, I would understand why it would’ve been put back on the shelf. But today is the sixth day. So it should’ve been available all day. Ridiculous! Extremely irritating! Very inconsiderate!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
