  I was super excited to try Prime IV out with my partner. We are very health conscious and active. To say we were incredibly disappointed is an understatement. We were placed in a very small room for the initial consultation. The size of the room was not an issue however the condition of the room was not good. Various trash all over the floor. The only goal for this place is to get your money. This is what they advertise to get you in the door only to tell you it's a waste of your money. Introductory IV Hydration Experience Look Better, Feel Better, & Perform Better *Available for FIRST time customers only VIP Lounge Access Pure Hydration Drip ($99) Vitamin Consultation ($25) Massage Chair or Oxygen Therapy ($20) That's a $144 value for just $85! If this is what you are offering people then stand behind it or at the very least don't trash it! We were literally told "If you are here for that 80 dollar whatever thing you see floating around the internet its a waste of your time and money." She then began telling us exactly why it's a waste of money only to then turn around and sell you on a package that is minimum at least 4x more expensive. Unless you want to spend a bunch of money for an IV in a dirty unfriendly place I'd suggest looking for somewhere else. It was a hard NO for us!

  My husband and I love coming here. All the staff we have meet are great and knowledgeable, but Alan is a rockstar. He is very informative and makes the experience fun.

  Hands down the BEST IV therapy experience in Pensacola! I’ve had IV therapy in a few places before, but nothing compares to the care, quality, and professionalism at Prime IV Pensacola—especially since the new ownership took over. The vibe is completely elevated, and you can immediately tell you’re in good hands the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is calming and spa-like, the place smells AMAZING and the zero gravity massage chairs are top notch! The nurses are so knowledgeable and made sure to make me feel not pressured to get anything I didn’t want. I really valued their recommendations as I did not know much about the large amount of vitamins they provide. I originally went in for the intro offer I saw online and after my experience I upgraded to a membership. I can not believe how amazing I feel and I am excited to go back!

  😃I had my first visit today for dehydration therapy. The Florida heat and humidity is taking a little too much out of me! Samantha and Veronica could not have been any more amazing! They very carefully went over my medications and medical history. They explained everything available to me and the benefits. No sales pitches or pressure only information for me to make the choice that I was comfortable with. While receiving my IV I sat in a massage chair that was all but life changing. lol. Samantha and Veronica checked on me several times to see how I was doing. The facility itself is pristinely clean with a soothing, relaxing atmosphere. The IV infusion itself was about 35 minutes. Samantha and Veronica made me feel like a friend. So looking forward to another visit!
