- HWHarold Willson4 days ago5.0I checked in online. Walked in and confirmed I was there. Waited a whole minute. Got seated and had a great conversation with my stylist. She was friendly and fun to chat with. Then after my hair cut she even asked about trimming my eyebrows. Which I agreed to. Us guys really should trim out eyebrows up once in a while. I’ll for sure come back.
- BBBeckyNov 1, 20251.0Came in to get a bang cut. The stylists cut the bangs and then 2 snips on either side of my face to frame it. Instead of an $8 bang trim, we were charged a full haircut price of $22. My granddaughter was quite upset at how it looked. The stylists didn't seem to care. I immediately called my hairdresser and she was able to get my granddaughter in to fix her bang cut. All of the stylists at HOT couldn't believe the bang cut and the additional charge for 2 snips. I mean when you're 13 years old, a haircut is pretty important to your self confidence. I did go back and attempt to get my money. Instead of just talking to the hair stylist who did the cut, another nosey stylist had to come over and start arguing with me. I got irate and started yelling and swearing. Eventually the stylist started swearing back at me. Then I come to find out that they couldn't refund money because they were just "sales associates". I would have to wait until the next day for the manager. All of the fighting could have been avoided if they would have told me that from the start. Also if the other stylist would have minded her own business. She had literally just called her next client back to her chair so she chose to come over to the cash register and get involved. I will never go to Great Clips again. They decide to switch what they are charging for and don't tell you until you're paying. I mean I asked the stylist why wouldn't she style her bangs like my granddaughter asked and she said that would be extra. So I said so you can tack on a haircut and not ask me but deny the style? What gives? They want to charge for every little thing.

First impression of the salon was that it was very clean and was decorated super cute for Halloween. I checked in online and when we walked in we were immediately greeted. One of the stylists cut my daughter’s hair and another cut mine. I told them what I wanted for both of our haircuts and they did exactly what I asked for. The lady doing my daughter’s cut was so sweet and patient with her. The lady doing my hair was very sweet as well. The whole cut felt like it only took maybe 15 minutes or so. The price was super affordable I think I paid a little over $50 for both of us including tips for both stylists. I would definitely recommend this salon for anyone looking for a haircut for themselves or their children. Very pleased.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
