  I have seen Alexcia Pennell a few times now and have been so impressed. She did not pressure me into anything out of my comfort range, cosmetically or financially. She took the time to listen to my questions and explain all of my treatment options. Trust me, I had lots of questions! I have never had Botox, filler, or any other cosmetic work done on my face and was unsure what to expect or what treatment plan was best for me. I felt confident with her recommendations and opted for Botox injections (thanks 40’s); I am very happy with my results and have received so many compliments! I look forward to being a long-time customer! The best part: everything was pain free thanks to the numbing lotion she used! The entire team is wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Carrington Medical and “Lexi” enough!

  So I waited to do this review (since December) because I thought that all Doctors acted like this.. until I went to Balance Aesthetics and the Doctor was so kind and I left there feeling great. That being said.. Let me begin by saying that the staff is wonderful and kind, which is just so unfortunate that they have to work for a doctor that builds herself up by tearing others down. When she came in to analyze my face, she was very vocal about how unsymmetrical it was and pointing things out about my face I didn’t even know was “wrong”. When I left the first time, I spent the car ride home crying and feeling like absolute crap about myself. I had to come back to get the chemical peel I paid for, and the girl who did it was really nice, but unfortunately I didn’t see much change with the peel. I would not recommend.

  Dr. Lilya has been my aesthetician for the last 5 years of my modeling career …I’ve never had her do something to my face not done to absolute perfection. she’s your fairy God mother in Pensacola ✅

  I wanted and found a professional and friendly environment with medical backgrounds that I could trust. I did not feel pressured into anything. I was given facts , with my options presented clearly and all my questions were answered. I recommend Carrington Medical !

  I just moved to Pensacola and honestly didn’t expect to find a place this good. I came in and walked out feeling like I looked 7 years younger - no joke. Dr. Liliya and the whole team were professional, attentive, and really took their time with me. After Miami, I truly thought I wouldn’t find that level of care again, but this small clinic completely proved me wrong. They explained everything clearly, recommended procedures that actually made sense for me, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. I’m 53, and I’m picky - I loved the approach, the vibe, and the attention to detail. Even the at-home recovery products they gave me were super convenient and worked fast, which I really appreciated. So happy I chose this clinic. Thank you, Dr. Liliya - highly recommend!
