I had to find the page on my phone and show it to the hairdresser that cut my hair for him to give me what came out to be like a $3 discount on a $60 haircut. Regretfully this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've had problems at this particular location. I showed him the image of the haircut I wanted, even explained that I wanted VERY soft layers, for movement. This is NOT what I got, I blowdried and styled my hair for it to appear as close as possible to what I asked for. What I got were very blunt choppy layers. In the past when I had an issue for with some very expensive highlights that I got, I had called and spoken with the manager, she asked me to come in and she would have them fixed for me, AND SHE DID! The girl that corrected them did a BEAUTIFUL job! Regretfully, it's not like they can glue my hair back on this time! I will probably NEVER return to this salon.
