I received help from Walter that went above and beyond notice the color was not carried in store. Walter was a phenomenal, very informative and knowledgeable make up sale representative for Laura Mercier products hands down on the exceptional customer service and making sure the LM concealer really blend with my skin texture today and sold me on the concealer and finish powder.Thank you dearly.

No offer to help find another similar brand, nothing. Stood looking lost for ANOTHER TEN MINUTES UNASSISTED BEFORE FINALLY WALKING OUT DISAPPOINTED!! Obviously me and my daughters were dressed as invisible ghosts for Halloween!! Will NEVER step foot in this store again!!!
