The work was extremely poor and looked nothing like what I requested. On top of that, I was charged more than what I was originally told. I paid a lot of money for such terrible results. I had to go to a different Hair Cuttery location to fix the mess they made, and I had to pay full price again. I am not happy at all with the work done at the first location.
