She showed me an inch of hair in the mirror and told me she would only remove the very ends that were stringy. I said perfect since you know I want to keep it long. she agreed. Took my hair from waist length to mid chest. Who does that? I wanted to cry or scream so I just paid her and left (with the worst blowout ive ever gotten). Hair takes a long time to grow, and if you mess up that bad why not own up to it? I get its hair cuttery but my blind sister could take an inch off my hair and blow dry it. Traumatic. On my way out she said it looks nice and short. thanks for that.
