She's the best at up-dos but I've also been cutting my hair with her since like 2018. I recently tried something new with short layers and I got so many compliments.

After only a short fifteen minutes and as a walk in, I was then assisted by Roxanne. I was actually happy that I got her because she has cut my hair in the past. This is the first time I was allowing someone to color my hair in thirteen years.Because I usually do it myself. Today I wanted to treat myself. Roxanne is a superstar and treated me very well. She made sure I was comfortable and safe getting into the chair because I have had a history of many surgeries, she recognized that I lost a significant amount of weight since she last saw me.So that tells me that she remembers her customers. She gave me choices, asked me what I wanted, gave me the pricing prior to make decisions, kept the conversation going as a beauty usually does, always had a smile on her face and is just really top notch. As a manager of your salon, I hope that you realize what a true asset she is. I too work in a customer service and satisfaction career and, it was easy to see that she has that in spades!!! Thank you Roxanne.I appreciate you and will definitely be back from my cut in a couple of months.
