Went for my appointment yesterday. Asked for long layers styled like the first photo. That i wanted to keep the length. I left my appointment in tears as she chopped off most of my length at the top then didn’t blend it and left it long at the bottom, as seen in the second photo. My fiance then called and spoke to management. Explained that this is my wedding hair now and I’m devastated. Management had me come back in and it took two stylists to make my hair look anything close to normal in the third photo. I now have to pay someone to do my hair professionally for the wedding as I’m unable to do anything with it myself because of how short it is. The stylist was very distracted yesterday, going back and forth about a client who left without paying. She was not paying attention to me whatsoever. I’ve never had my hair ruined this badly. I will not be back after this. Or my daughters.
