I went back in to ask if they could help me and the Store Manager (I can’t remember her name…maybe Maria?) got another colorist to come see me. Taylor Cook took me in right away and did a full foil redo and my hair is BEAUTIFUL! She took 4 hours with me and everyone was so encouraging and super sweet. They didn’t charge me for the full foil, since the 1st one a week ago was so badly done. But WOW! The customer service and attention to my needs was outstanding and Taylor did an amazing job on my hair! Even though my hair had to go through more bleach, she made sure to not damage my hair. I’m so impressed and happy! My hair is gorgeous! THANK YOU!!!
