  I had the HydraFacial on a previous occasion and loved the way it made my skin feel! My skin was so soft and felt so hydrated. My next visit was the BBL, photo light therapy. Wow, that produced visible results. Wrinkles were reduced and it really brightened my face and really freshened it up. Dr. Azam was so knowledgeable and laid out a treatment plan that fit my needs exactly. She communicated each step of the procedure to ease any concerns I might have. My results are what she said they would be and I'm very happy. She'll be doing additional procedures and I look forward to the "new" me!

  I had a facial laser procedure done yesterday and my overall experience was AMAZING! I did a lot of research prior to committing to the TriBrid laser procedure. The entire staff at Baldwin Med Spa treated me with the upmost respect and care. During the entire length of my procedure all the staff constantly reassured me and made this procedure as comfortable as possible for me. Today is only day one after the procedure, but I can already see good results in reduction of my fine lines and acne scars. I will update my review once the healing part is completed. I can highly recommend Baldwin Med Spa for the laser treatment that I received.

  Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I had threads and fillers done and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. The results look really natural , just a fresher, more lifted version of me, which is exactly what I wanted. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but everything was explained properly and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into what they do. I’ve already had compliments which is always nice! Would definitely recommend and I’ll be going back again.

  I can’t express how impressed I was with my experience at Baldwin Med Spa. Dr. Rubina Azam was incredibly accommodating, even seeing me over the weekend which I truly appreciated. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome. She took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout. I had injectables and PDO threads done, and the results are absolutely beautiful and natural, exactly what I was hoping for. The overall experience was comfortable, seamless and virtually painless, which made everything feel smooth and reassuring. Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Baldwin Med Spa to anyone looking for excellent care and beautiful, natural-looking results.

  I recently tried the TriBert laser with PRP, and I wanted to share my experience so far. We started with a VISIA skin analysis, which gave a detailed look at my skin—pigmentation, pores, texture, and even my skin age. I loved how personalized everything felt based on real data. Then we moved on to the TriBert laser, combined with PRP to support faster healing and better absorption. I’m currently about 3 weeks post-treatment, and my skin is still healing—but I can already notice improvements in my texture and overall skin quality. I also have to mention how amazing Dr. Azam was throughout the whole process. She made me feel so comfortable, took her time to explain everything, and consistently checked on me during and after the treatment. That level of care really makes a difference. What I love most is that this treatment focuses on long-term skin health, not just quick results. I’m excited to see how my skin continues to improve as it fully heals ✨
