  Went on 9/25 three employees pointed and laughed at us after we walked by them so that was disturbing and made us very uncomfortable, the employees who are there to help you are going to make fun of you if they don’t like how you look, the products are great and normal, but a disturbing experience nonetheless (the lady at the register was very polite and helpful)

  Omg Lee was amazing. She helped me with not only skincare, makeup, but also fragrance. She makes shopping at Sephora less scary. Thank you so much Lee!!!💕💕

  It's so nice to finally have a standalone Sephora location in Panama City Beach! This store is conveniently located inside Pier Park to the right side of Target and Lizard Thicket. I attended their grand opening and was absolutely wowed by the gorgeous setup, friendly and helpful staff, and the variety of brands that they carry in store. My favorite part is how they broke up their next big thing sections into smaller sections for specific things vs. lumping it all together into one next big thing section. The store's management team is absolutely fantastic and has created such a positive environment that shines through the employees' faces. It really was such a joy to shop around the store, see all the new things, and to know if I had a question that there are plenty of knowledgeable people willing to answer or walk me through application etc. Sadly, I'm limited to only 5 stars, but in my heart, I'd give more! Thank you, Sephora PIER PARK for such a memorable experience; I'll be back!
