But they were not interested in fixing the problem. Lost a customer here indefinitely. Would be nice to have the person cutting hair to brush off hair clippings when done cutting. When did this stop? Had hair in my eyes, all over my face and shirt and mouth. Got a cut, when se was done it was instantaneous walk to the counter without pause. I had to find my way to the bathroom and cleanup before paying so I didn't have hair falling everywhere. Decent cut, but if this is normal practice, obviously will go elsewhere where I can walk out without hair clippings all over my face and shirt.

In this time I’ve seen about 7 people leave with the most botched haircuts I’ve seen in my life. Within 30 minutes of us leaving to get ready for said pictures the product the used to hold her curls gave up after 30 minutes. We then had to rush to redo her hair for the pictures. We she went to wash the hair and restyle it when we noticed the product that great clips used to hold her curls made her hair smell really bad. Will be requesting a refund. Update: Requested a refund and was told that they have a no refund policy on stylings, nowhere is this posted as far as I could find. If I could give zero stars I would. This should not be an operational business.

When I politely asked if my mom could stay in her wheelchair for the haircut, Patti snapped, “I’m pulling the chair back,” in the nastiest tone — no patience, no kindness, no basic respect. There was zero compassion shown to an elderly woman who just wanted a simple haircut. Patti’s attitude was completely out of line and made the whole experience uncomfortable and humiliating. If this is how Great Clips allows their employees to treat customers with disabilities, I’ll be taking our business elsewhere — and warning others to do the same

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
