Simple haircut ruined all by someone with 15 bad reviews, that’s on me for not checking first. Then when talking with management, was told there’s nothing they can do for me but offer me to get my hair cut even SHORTER. Nah, don’t waste your time or money. This place sucks.

Unfortunately, this location was a disappointment. The stylist didn’t listen to what my mom wanted—an all-over color—and became rude when she tried to clarify. Instead of helping, they argued and pushed unnecessary services to increase the cost. Very disappointing experience overall.

I showed her the cut I wanted but when she started cutting my hair, I had a bad feeling that she didn’t know what she was doing. I asked for a simple layer cut but she was a hard time figuring out how it was done. Before she butchered my hair, I had to stop her from cutting my hair. On the other hand, my daughter had Tony as her stylist. He did an awesome job. So if you’re going to this location, stay away from Rose and go for Tony (Anthony on the website) !

My mom had to tell her to stop cutting and then after she started to blow drying her hair she was going to start cutting again and my mom had to tell her once again to stop cutting! Stay away from this place if this is the people they hire to cut hair. My mom is so upset about this happening to her
