- AMAster MillhollinSep 16, 20251.0Genuinely how do MULTIPLE employees mess up a haircut so many times. I should’ve learned my lesson, should’ve not gone back to give it another chance. When asking for a 1 on the side, I know what it looks like and what I want, so why did they not do it? Why are employees rushing to finish a cut and completely miss sections of hair? Why do they cut one side a full INCH shorter than the other? And it’s not just one person. I’ve seen four different people and have never left pleased. Why do they put product in my hair when I specifically ask them NOT to? Honestly it’s kind of pathetic. And to also complain about other customers once they leave to someone else? Incredibly unprofessional. Why am I spending $20+ to have to go home and fix my hair myself? I could continue to go on and on but I know it’s not going to change anything. Would not recommend this place even to someone I dislike.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
