Being someone who spends money and can’t get a “bonus” or “birthday” reward really sucks. Today I went specifically to get something for my birthday (spent over $200) and could only pick from 2 out of 6 products. Understandable that it’s an “additional” but it would be nice if the products were actually in stocks.

The male cashier that checked me out today was extremely rude, argumentative and unprofessional. The manager Renee helped to resolve. I know its hard to get good help today but Customer Service training from HQ is in order before I ever return.
