  Doing my holiday shopping A employee by the name of Valdreena. Displayed incredible knowledge of the product. What made my experience undeniable was the way she made myself and my daughter feel in my efforts as father to purchase product my request for Christmas. Not only did Valdrena help me find it she ensured it was age appropriate for my 9 year old Valdreena I want to thank you for making daughter Christmas unforgettable and my shopping experience one of kid at the palm beach gardens location in the mall

  Every time I call this store they never answer, it's ridiculous that you can't get a hold of someone to ask about a product, this is how stores lose business due to poor customer service, Sephora is supposed to be a great place but when no one answers no matter how many times you call it makes you not even want to go in person.

  The Managers Alysia And Nadia Are Super Rude. I Drove 1 hour And 30 minutes To This Store To Pick Up A Order my Friend Placed For Me For My Birthday Both Of Our Names Was On The Order.after Nadia located he order I was Told Someone Call The Store Earlier this Morning (12/30) and stated that their was a problem with their last order and that the would like the id of the person who purchased the item . So I called my friend to confirm what Nadia was telling me she stated to me "Calling someone on the phone not going to prove anything " so I asked to speak to another manager which was alysia I explained to her the situation and asked if she could look the order up so she could understand me better. She looked on the tablet and said I don't see a Order by that name I asked could I give her the order number she stated she couldn't look the order by the order number then I said Nadia was able to locate the order could you ask her how did she find it she states she's the store manager and she telling me she can't find the order . My friend changed the name on the order to her daughter name she was able to walk in the store with a picture of her of id and pick up the package with no problem

  Lackluster service. The associates turn what should be a fun experience into you just not wanting to return. They’re rude, roll their eyes at you, glare at you and just seem to all together hate working there. Not a single one was smiling and the only girl who seemed to be working was the girl in skin care. I asked an associate at the front for help and she said just go over there and someone will come. Well the poor girl was super busy. Then at checkout the girl just seemed like she hated being there. I think I’ll just shop directly on the brands websites from now on.

  The lines here are always long, and checking out takes forever. The customer service has been consistently disappointing. The associates don’t seem interested in helping, and a few act bothered when you ask a simple question. I asked one of the employees if she could check me out since the main line was packed. She told me no. I then asked if anyone else was available to help, which I shouldn’t have to ask, and she immediately said no again without even looking. Meanwhile, several associates were walking around with nothing to do. The overall attitude and lack of service were rude, and it definitely left a bad impression. I won’t be back unless I absolutely need the Patrick Starrr setting spray.
