  I love the location of this salon and my girl Lindsey always gets my lashes right! Her work is clean and has amazing retention. Her lash room is aesthetically pleasing and so clean !

  Salon was very welcoming and clean and very chic! Lindsey had done my lashes that day and we got along so well, any salon needs more Lindsey’s on their team she’s a girls girl! Will be coming back for future appointments

  This is a bit of a mixed review. For months, I had my lashes done at this great girlie salon and LOVED the service and results, but suddenly my eyelids started to have an allergic reaction to the adhesive. I put my monthly account on hold not only because I was traveling over the summer and knew I wouldn't be able to make it in to the salon (it's a 45 minute drive from where I live to the salon each way), but also because the previous 3 times I had my lashes filled, my eyelids swelled so badly that I felt I needed to give my eyes a break. Unbeknownst to me, after 2 months on hold, they reactivated the auto-billing, and I didn't realize this until my card on file with them had been charged $600 ($199 each month), despite me not authorizing the reactivation or making an appointment. When I spoke to the manager, she said she could only refund the most recent transaction, which was $199. I also left word with her that I wanted to speak to the new owner, and never received a call. I'm a small business owner as well, and it is NOT a big deal to credit a customer back over a disputed amount, no matter when it occurred. I'm disappointed that this business just reactivated auto-billing without my authorization, but more importantly, wouldn't refund the entire amount which shouldn't have been an issue. Their suggested remedy of using that $400 as a credit for other services isn't an acceptable solution for me.
