Today my friend Theresa and I met Brent who is absolutely wonderful and taught us so many things about hair care, skincare, which products to use and how much. The personal touch and connection to customers here is just an amazing experience! We were so impressed by Brent, that we couldn’t stop talking about how awesome he is on our drive home. Brent is so knowledgeable of the products and which items work for different hair/ skin types and had so much great advice. I have been an Aveda fan for over 20 yrs and today was nothing short of exceptional yet again. The store matches any promotions online and will ship to your home if you contact the store direct via phone. I prefer this option as you get someone on the ground floor that can help you decide on the best products for your needs- I prefer to patronize the brick and mortar as you are getting the full Aveda talent, product knowledge and the free ship to home option makes it easy. I live about 2 hrs north, but still make special trips to visit this location for the customer service and experience you can’t get online. If you haven’t experienced Aveda, please visit the team here and you will be wowed!
