My style will not last but a couple of days. With a curling iron, it will last 10 days. I have beautiful grey hair. I guess you do not want grey hair people at your shop. I wanted a wash and style with a curling iron.

Her aunt recently passed and she had to leave town for the funeral so she has not had the time, or mental, to get her hair done. Her bangs were getting shaggy and her hair was getting a bit of damage from stress probably. Upon returning home she had to make up missed hours for work so the only available slot that Renee had that Skylar could attend was Saturday at 6:45 P.M. lo and behold, we get there and Renee informs us last minute that she allowed either a walk in or an overbooking because she is currently applying a perm to some teenager and won’t have time to do Skylar’s hair. On such a crucial day such as Valentine’s Day. We are about to leave and she proceeds to disrespect Skylar by offering to still trim her bangs because they “obviously need a trim”. As Skylar walks out I ask for a card, Renee then says we can always reschedule another day to which I respond I’m simply leaving a bad review for her lack of professionalism and she has the audacity to argue that it’s not her fault and that it has little to do with her. Don’t give this place your business.
